The furnishings were nice, light and airy rooms, comfortable mattress, plenty of storage, delicious breakfast with variety.

The hotel’s right by Burgerpark Pankow, also we could easily access labyrinth kinder museum. It offers sensible rates. Pankow neighborhood was definitely worth visiting. Room met expectation:)))

The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and offered helpful maps and information for tourists. the rooms were clean and well-equipped with comfortable beds and complimentary toiletries. the breakfast selection had a variety of fresh options to choose from.

The Wi-Fi connection was spotty and unreliable at times, causing some frustration when trying to stay connected. the bathroom had an unpleasant smell and lacked a handle for the shower head, which made washing difficult.

no staff present during stay, only showed for check out to collect money extremely poor interior, felt unsafe, thin doors, walls, curtains worn out, anyone can look in

I liked that it was easy to get to the citycenter.

It was dirty, old and and used. Spots on the old floor, yellow toilet, shower brown and old and dirty. Chewing gum on the wall beside the bed and so on... Some days it was cleaned a little bit better, but did not realy make a big difference at the end of the day.......

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were light and airy, and the furnishings were really nice. The comfortable mattress made for a great night's sleep, and there was plenty of storage in the room. The hotel's location in a suburb next to the center of this city was convenient and allowed for easy access to transportation. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options including sliced deli meat, cheese, fruit, rolls. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

Only problem was checking in - receptionist goes home at 3pm then you have to dial another hotel and persuade a German only speaker that you really do need to check in having just arrived after the 3pm deadline!

It was nice to discover clean and comfort room. Also I liked unobtrusive and at the same time professional service staff.

Loved my Easter stay in this cozy hotel in a quiet neighborhood, close to the city center. The breakfast was delicious and included fresh bread, yummy jams and a variety of cheeses and cold cuts. The room was cozy, nicely furnished and had a comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The heating was turned off during the day and the room was cold when I returned in the evenings. , the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in some areas of the room and there was no handle for the shower head in the bathroom, which made taking a shower a bit tricky.

The rooms were very clean and breakfast very good and cheap.

The receptionist is there only between 7am and 3 pm. They made a mistake with the room, although I had called before. Also money was withdrawn from my credit card beforehand and I had to call Germany and England to clarify the problem.
